This time last year I had dropped 25lbs in just under two months, I weighed 143lbs and I was miserable. I threw away Christmas chocolates given to me lovingly by my family, I cried out of guilt, Christmas dinner was an ordeal. But I was determined. This year, I weigh 119lbs, and when Christmas comes I will eat some of the chocolate given to me by my family, I will enjoy Christmas dinner and I will be greatful. Because I have all year to lose more weight. But only a few days to enjoy this holiday with my wonderful family.
